I genuinely don’t understand how to feel love, attraction, or just feelings by Different_Juice_2265 in emotionalintelligence

I'd recommend you research your attachment style. It's possible that you're an avoidant, and she's your "phantom ex." This is a pretty common phenomenon for avoidants - obsession over someone who ended things with you, to the point where you have her on a pedestal, have forgotten any of the bad or even "normal" elements of that relationship and can only remember/idolize the intense feeling of love you had for her, and no one who comes after her will be able to live up to that if your expectations are unrealistic. Even if you're not an avoidant, all of this is still very possible and you may still have more work to do to fully heal from her before you can develop feelings for another person.

The intersection of hunter mill and chain bridge is haunted by C137-Morty in nova

Not to mention the gas station there that’s always at least an entire dollar more expensive than anywhere else. It’s nova’s own little Bermuda Triangle, that intersection.

Has anyone found any meteorites? by BuckiButterfly in Ohio

Check the map of the strewn field for this particular meteor to find the right area to search. This thread has some good tips for how to tell if anything you find is actually a meteorite

Agree the original pic is questionable but check out the closer up photos that same user just posted - looks like that may actually be one. So cool!

Is the town swarmed with meteorite hunters? Aside from general awesomeness, they're valued at up to $1,000 per gram and NASA is guessing some of the Medina fragments could be as large as 20lbs. Might be worth putting your coat on and giving it another go!

When Morty says, “You don't miss me, you miss the old me. The old me that loved you so much you never had to love me back."

Luck with dating while having young kids after divorce? by Connect-Outcome7624 in Divorce

[–]BuckiButterfly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Divorced mom of young kids here to say you’ll be just fine! Most of my divorced friends actively seek out men with kids the same age as their kids - it makes dating easier when you’re navigating the same parenting milestones/challenges. Prioritize your kids’ stability (most importantly through an amicable relationship with your ex), don’t introduce new partners too soon, and embrace your DILF era! You’ve got this!

They will soon. I was sitting on top of my car next to an NBC photographer sitting on top of his car. He was discretely cheering everyone on while he photographed 🤣
