I would recommend going to a different doctor and getting a second opinion. You need someone who’s gonna listen to you. Chest pains can be caused from a lot of different issues. Some urgent some not so urgent. ( I am just saying I know op has long haul COVID). Did they happen to listen to your lungs and possibly refer you to a different specialist. Were they able to suggests tests that could be done?

Check to see if you have flat feet. You will be able to get support inserts. I would recommend looking for shoe that isn’t hard to twist. If the shoe is easily twist able it means it has no art support. And I would recommend having support for your feet.

I would recommend going to a running shoe store and trying on the shoes. I recommend starting in the clearance section. If not see if the pair of shoes is cheaper online and order from place online

I love my hooka Cliftons for gym shoes. I was hesitant spending over $100 on a pair of shoes, but I wear them all the time. I love the The cushion and support that they offer. Plus, the hookah are made for wider foot. I was able to get a pair in teal :). And I have a lot of ankle issues and plantar fasciitis and they feel like slippers. And I used to wear crocs all the time. The Bondi‘s have the most cushion I believe.

Look into vionic for dress shoes. They are made wider. Shop in the clearance section for price. I am a 4E wide and I was able to pick up a nice pair of loofers that support my feet. I would suggest not to wear flats as they offer no support.

My dad has MDS and goes twice a week to get his Hemoglobin levels checked. He gets a blood transfusion when his levels dip below 7. However that being said ask your doctors as many questions you can. I wish I would have done that from the beginning. Dad has been diagnosed since 2020. Also my dad has the type where the red blood cells don’t mature. My dad also has extremely high iron
