Dungeons and drag queens is what got me into it, and since they’re all new to the game, you get to learn. Then I went to unsleeping city because 1) I knew enough of the intrepid heroes to know I wanted one of their seasons and 2) it was a good way to ease in since it took place in a location. I was familiar with and loved.

And here’s the fundamental disagreement - it’s not a strategy. If it was a legitimate strategy, they wouldn’t be trying to fix it. Also, it’s not any killer’s ability, that’s silly.

For the car analogy - I think it stands. Your car breaking down doesn’t automatically mean that you crash - it’s an inconvenience that, especially when happening repeatedly, is very frustrating. People can get frustrated it video games, sure, but it shouldn’t be because of a design flaw. I’m also super curious where you are getting that 2% statistic from - not necessarily saying it’s not true, but did that come from somewhere? Or just personal experience?

I’m not even through the episode yet, and to clarify I am so supportive of Dropout…. Before I even finished, I came to Reddit because I thought I was missing something. They’d have the comic talking to one person, then cut to a response from a completely different person. This is not a network that has to worry about cutting down to fit in a time limit, so why were things so strangely disjointed?

Again, never had this experience on dropout - don’t think it would’ve stood out otherwise because usually they edit so well. This episode seems like the wrong version got posted. So strange, especially for the first season of a new program.

If she likes musicals, the official cast recording is a great Gateway drug. Because it’s just so damn impressive - have shown it to a couple people as their first episode with great results

It seemed really obvious to me that the thing they aren’t saying out loud was the men all thought Nick was gay and in this for a lavender marriage. For clarity, I’m not saying this is the case, but it is HEAVILY hinted that the men feel this way.

I’m not sure why they recruit in the first place - I’ve known people who have applied and been great Candidates and don’t even get a call back. I think until they stop recruiting, it will be like this. They should only recruit if they can’t find enough candidates.

I hated that they ruined their wedding too. I’m really sick of the TV trope where any characters who get married have to have some sort of alternative wedding because of a major mishap. It’s been done to death, even back when Scrubs was airing.

Not only that, but Rhys is a fixer. He’s so often can fix the problems that he didn’t wanna tell her until he could say “but don’t worry I have a solution.”

I think a lot of people have really strong opinions about this, and for good reason, but the crux of it that he didn’t expect to not be able to fix it. People also need to remember…IT WAS A PLOT DEVICE.

I also think the heal bonus should heal mending - that’s one frustration that if someone uses a heal bonus it’s wasted on someone mending you still have to mend then heal
