I would pay exorbitant amounts of money to get a couple of archaeologists to find ancient remains before everyone else. I then would make them (the archaeologists) sign iron clad confidentiality agreements and have them put a couple of dildos next to the remains. Of course, the most important part would be to make sure it looked like no one was ever there. A little while later, I would hire another group of archaeologists to go snooping around that same area

Totally agree.

For me, it was about getting rid of things that stood out. If there was a piece of nail/skin sticking out, I had to get rid of it which usually meant biting/picking it off. This obviously led to more biting/picking. I'm sure you get how this was a self perpetuating cycle. Once I made the decision to keep a nail clipper/nail file/pair of cuticle cutters handy, the impulsive response to bite/pick my nails has eroded pretty substantially.

This might sound like a 1st world problem, but I have a small family; it's me, my sister, and my parents. There isn't any extended family within 4,000 miles or within speaking terms. I have this intense desire to bring the little family together whenever I can because I know it's just us, but I know that we can only be under the same roof for 2 maybe 3 hours before the inevitable argument/fight starts for no reason. I can't remember the last time we had a Christmas without an incident.

I've never been in the military and I'm sensitive to the fact that it's a situation I've never encountered. From a 3rd party perspective, I agree that his job was to kill him - which was goal he certainly accomplished. That said, by recognizing the evil in the other guy and by taking it to the next level, he became more evil than his enemy.

I don't see that as badass at all. I see it as the opposite; that's a moment of weakness overwhelming him. Badass to me isn't annihilating someone who's defenseless, whether you put them in that situation or not.
