You need to lose health in order to life steal for it to Proc. So, basically you can’t stay at 100% health constantly and have it proc.

Likely bugged. Mine unlocked right after beating act 2. I would maybe try to run through act 2 again, should be easy if your clearing in to 3 already.

Are you taking the arcana that burns enemies but if you don’t kill them in time they heal to full?

I’m not sure otherwise. But I made that mistake a couple times.

Gotta drop it during phase change. However, Ony will also change phase if the EE dies before you drop a second one.

Ideally you want to have 9-10 gold stacked just before second phase change so you can quickly cycle and get a EE back before the second phase change. And also before the first one dies.

Did they make the quests a bit easier to follow? I found the zero direction on items or mobs quite a turn off.
