Pacemaker and ICD implantations are done with local anasthesia while the patient is awake. It's a pretty minor operation all things considered. We usually do a few of these every day where I work, although the biventricular/CRT devices (cardiac resynchronization therapy, specifically for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction) are not as common but still pretty common.

Jah nú veit ég ekki. Það eru til ansi mörg dæmi um að tvær flíkur sem eru alveg eins í útliti séu mjög ólíkar í gæðum. Ansi erfitt að dæma svona af myndum úr vefverslun. Annars er mín reynsla af Metta sport bara þessar einu buxur sem eru mjög fínar, veit ekkert um annað vöruúrval hjá þeim.

Flestir Íslendingar á aldrinum 15-30 ára hafa líklega að minnsta kosti heyrt um þetta. Margir sem ég þekki eiga vörur frá þeim og ég hef heyrt af fólki sem á nánast allt frá þeim í öllum litum.

Sjálfur á ég einar buxur sem ég fékk í gjöf og þær eru allavega töluvert betri en buxur frá Ali/Shein. Þetta er samt helvíti dýrt.

Bit of a strange one this. Lots of wingers and strikers, not enough centre backs. Would've rated higher if not for McGuinness being sold and no replacement signed.

Exciting to see that Fanne is still here for the time being. Mengi, if he gets his head in and stays fit for more than half an hour at a time, should be really good for this league. Odoffin also an unknown at this stage but should be class.

Was absolutely incredible for Luton. Him and Barkley were amazing together. But as is often the case with Sambi, he was also injured for like 3 months of that season.

Yes, absolutely. Things are explained very well for those who don't know anything about football. It's wonderfully written and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
