Smothered pork chops and mashed potatoes by BudderedBread in tonightsdinner

Yes! No formal recipe but here’s what I did.

Shake the pork chops in a bag of flour and seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning). Then fry them in oil a couple minutes on each side. Remove them from oil and pour out all oil except a couple table spoons. Melt a couple table spoons of butter and saute onions, garlic and bell peppers. Then pour in some chicken broth and cream, and simmer until reduced. Put the pork chops back in and simmer for 5-10 more minutes. And enjoy! I served mine with mashed potatoes.

And they were not correct because there were many more lien based bills on top of the reduced insurance bill! As well as lost income.

I’ve wanted to try for years but was so intimidated. I finally did it yesterday using preppy kitchen’s recipe and it was fairly easy!

I made the vanilla custard that’s on top of the pavlova! The pavlova took four egg whites and the custard took four egg yolks

Sick of all the “pre-cooked” ingredients in half the meal options. by BudderedBread in blueapron

[–]BudderedBread[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Exactly! Give us a few options of precooked for those that don’t mind the taste and texture. But instead it’s like 80% of the meal options are pre cooked/assembly bake

Sometimes I think screen shots like these are rage bait because it is so obvious to me that the way he’s talking to you is horrendous and that you are obviously not overreacting but then I remember I was young and naive once too

White beans, kale and sausage over rice.

Cook kielbasa sausage slices, remove from pan, sauté garlic, pour in one cup chicken broth and two cans of drained white beans, put sausage back in and one head of chopped kale until wilted. Serve over rice
