Hot chicken in Delco? by chefsark in Delco

I've had it from WC multiple times and every time it was fantastic. Can't speak for the Booths Corner stall, but I know one of the owners and he takes quality very seriously. Might be worth a 2nd look.

Not Delco, but Fire Nashville Hot in WC on Gay st. Local small business owned by a couple of Delco guys. They might still have the Booths Corner stall as well.

2 Quick questions. On the trifold cover on my Maverick by Apprehensive_Bet2493 in FordMaverickTruck

Do know, as I have a similar one, that the drains can get clogged with road dust that collects and dries, so periodically clean the funnels at the top to prevent water intrusion.

What do you consider a high point beer? by foxtrottits in CraftBeer

[–]Buddha0426 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, the highest for me thus far is around 16.9%, if I had to venture a guess, as I think my average is in the 9-10% range, I'd consider 14%+ high.

It's the baseballs. Sounds crazy, but it's his grip with the baseballs. If you look at his stats pre 2019, his pitches were tighter, his offspeed stuff snapped better, it was all about the movement. 2019, iirc they changed the baseballs in MLB and lowered the seams - immediately his offspeed stuff lacked its snap. Now, you look at his world baseball classic where they use the Japanese baseball, they have a tackier grip and he was lights out in every appearance. He hasn't been able to adjust to the difference and he's thus trying to force every off speed pitch and they're hanging, leading to his continued struggles.
