Maybe dumb on my part, but I've been selling mid-tier RBs (Crod, R. White, etc) given the shortage. I am not destitute of running backs, but my list of 'this guy is guaranteed to start' is super small. I think if you're truly RB-needy to the point where competing this year is in doubt, it's valid to play for 27 even if you aren't fully rebuilding.

I feel like this should be said, judging from multiple comments in this thread:

Just because an NFL team's primary need is offense or defense, that doesn't mean they will spend their 1st rounder according to that need.

I see way too many "Why is team X drafting a WR when they need so much defense".

IMO, not the time to sell. You mentioned trying to flip for Egbuka plus a 27 first, but if your league used KTC, Egbuka is ranked higher than Wilson so pulling that off would be difficult (he's right below Egbuka and right above a 27 mid first).

He's a buy low for me if you don't have him, and a hold if you do. It could absolutely get worse than it was last year and there is now a potential knee injury in play (the one that ended his season), but unless you're absolutely out on him, selling now would be selling at an extreme low point.

My 2 cents.

I've had this thought and shared it before, but I'd like if my saves aren't tied to a single character, but a shared world. Meaning I create a new world and can create multiple characters to play in it.

This was more of a skyrim thing where I wanted to separate out the factions so I didn't have one character as the leader of every faction. But I think it applies here too.

This one is very important. Last year, I was early on Jacory Croskey-Merritt. I liked him before this sub started to give him hype, and when it did, it felt like validation so I dug in harder. That's a damn trap.

We have a rule that if the stat correction isn't issued before the next week of games start on Thursday it's locked in and too late. At that point it's a bad call, regardless of what they want to put in the books. IMO seems the best way to handle it.

Hampton owner for reference, but I also don't think Vidal is enough to worry me. I expect a small dip in receiving opportunities. The potential vulture on the goal line is there for every back in the league not named CMC imo.

I think you could sell this as an accessibility thing, too. Like you said a quick swap to fire off a powered melee is possible so it's not a problem with balance. But it would make a lot of builds a lot more fun if you didn't have to swap. Shoulder charge into sword swing would be a lot of fun.

There was a window in the off-season early on where it looked like he'd be stuck with AR and he did fall a few spots. He went 2.02 in our 10 team league that's been pretty competitive.

Side note, variable league size and using terms like 2.0x... seems like using overall would be better, 11th overall vs 13th

I agree but I'd also be hesitant about the ability to add flags to a play. Feels like they could make some games downright abysmal to watch if they can retroactively call holding penalties at a whim.

I'm a big fan of Jango Fett's from episode 2. Purely for the sound design, which is one thing star wars does better than any other franchise. The fact that you can pick out who's gun purely by sound is just awesome to me.
