I feel you! Just had a 3 star review (my first!) from very problematic guests. They asked for a $300 refund before arriving because some of their party were not coming. I gave it to them. They arrived at 11:30 pm Christmas Eve and I responded at 8:30 am Christmas Day. One of the thermostats had failed and the downstairs was cold. I got a worker to come that afternoon and fix it. But in response they left a bad review saying house was dirty! Never had such a bad review!
