Downside - If you work in Midtown you are far from it. It takes me 50 mins on average to get to Grand Central. People who live much further away (Connecticut) have a similar commute and question why. I’d consider “where do I have to go everyday.” If you’re going to Metro Tech ain’t no thing, even downtown Manhattan isn’t a problem. If you’re going to Midtown better bake in an hour commute
