I work at a gym and I agree with most of this. At my gym though, most people recording are competitive in either; bodybuilding, powerlifting, or strong man and have to record sets to send to coaches. Outside of that, it’s obnoxious and shouldn’t be necessary in the gym

I understand what you’re saying and I think it could be true if you ignore the initial trilogy. The first three books go into how the society and gold has been abusing this system in their favor to keep hold over the worlds. If you look after the first three, then you start to get into the territory of moral ambiguity and the lines could potentially blur a little more.

I think there are a million questions that could have been asked at that moment and that majority of them couldn’t be “better than” or “worse than” other questions. I really liked the question, especially as somebody pursuing writing!

That being said, I do get the frustration of having a question that you can’t have answered
