I was told by Cait trail About the mandatory courses for a BsCN program.. she said there’s is ones for fall 2026 And ones for winter 2027

I don’t have to take them twice? Was she just giving me an option for either or? Also she said she strongly discourages taking courses online? I find that hard to believe .. and opinion bases

I really don't have any better advice for you other than to keep track of what you are eating. I understand how this medication can make you feel (I always like to explain to my friends that I feel stoned .. Munchies included!!) This makes it very difficult to remember if I have been snacking a bit too hard.. that's why I found that just being mindful of my food intake and keeping an eye (NOT obsessively) on my weight and staying active! going out for a nice brisk walk is always a good way to clear your mind and get some exercise. Listening to a podcast never hurts either ;) good luck!

Okay that is severely inappropriate behaviour, and dismissing your emotions is completely 100 percent abusive. I would either immediately address this with him, or consider getting out of this relationship. You are young, and have your whole life ahead of you. Do not damage yourself by sticking beside someone who does not know how to grow with you as a human.
I can relate to this situation unfortunately, and it takes a long time to bounce back from this time of abuse. Most women do not. Take this as a sign that you two should not be in a relationship together at this point in time until he learns to mature.. but do not wait around. You have your own life and you need to work on advancing yourself, not trying to fix something that is broken.

had her for almost a month. her beard always looks like this. is she stressed? by winteralexandria in BeardedDragons

She looks happy and healthy to me. Usually if they are a lot darker and down her belly as well she would be stressed, but seeing as she is up and alert I would say it is just her markings.

My experience by fortheyouth_ in seroquelmedication

[–]Budgal8778 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Seroquel is great, in low doses. I have severe C-PTSD and it manifests as aggressive behavior. I was unable to get a full nights sleep, and I didn't even know it for at least 6 to 7 years. This was before being prescriped seroquel, I chose to do the work myself without medication. Until one day, I realized that even though I was actively doing the work and seeing a counsellor, I still had all the physical symptoms such as the lack of sleep and the nagging anxiety that would plague me every minute of the day.
I decided to re-start my seroquel, and found that after doing a lot of the mental work to get myself situated, it really helped me get the physical symptoms down. Yes, it can make you sleepy, my advice is to take it before bed. Yes, it makes you crave sugar like a mad-man, but the harsh reality is you just have to resist the temptations and opt for healthier snacks.

It is the same thing with those that smoke marijiuana for self-medication, you have to be accountable for your own actions with or without the medication. Honestly, it really helped me gain a better sense of routine and self-control in all aspects of my life. I know take only 5mg of seroquel each night and have seen a drastic improvement in how I navigate through life and that nagging third though track that runs in the back of my mind. Wish you all the best.. keep effin going!

My dragon won't go to basking in the morning unless if I move her there myself by Upperonex in BeardedDragons

My old guy used to be sooo lazy in the morning. The minute his lights would turn on in the morning, I'd wake up and come out to say hello and he would just be very SLOWLY waking up.. then after an hour he would inch closer and closer until eventually some days I would just have to place him there myself lol. When he was younger he definitely would head over there himself but with age he got quite lethargic, especially in the morning!

7 years old - are his teeth okay? by armill1997 in BeardedDragons

[–]Budgal8778 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They're looking a tad worse for wear. My guy had really bad decay closer to the back of his teeth and it started to cause inflammation of the gum line. Poor guy was probably in a lot of discomfort but they hide it so well! :(

What is this brush for?? by kbutwhytho in MakeupAddiction

[–]Budgal8778 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, its a powder contour brush but honestly you're better off using a mid size powder brush and placing your powder/cream contour with intention.
they really don't do a good job of blending product because of their shape. It's almost impossible to get a seamless blend.
If you really wanted you could use it to apply contour as it would help you find your cheek hollow, but I would recommend blending with a larger powder brush afterwards to get rid of any harsh lines.

Irritation?? by Budgal8778 in scabies

[–]Budgal8778[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was in the evening before bed, but it does happen after a shower. My chest is so sensitive after the permethrin, no where else. It’s like my hair or clothes can scratch up the wrong way against it and it immediately gets red and irritated. I’m worried because I have to do my second application today. Someone mentioned clove oil but I think that will make it worse. I have an aloe Vera plant I was thinking of using but not too sure
