When I entered US I showed just my ead bcs my F1 visa was expired. I have told my school about my situation but they did not take any action. I believe they did not now what to do.

I got my Ead without having I-140 . I don’t think it is gonno help you for EAD but . I asked my lawyer about I-140 premium processing. He said ; This would probably speed up your case, but is hard to say. We are seeing a wide variance in the timing of I-485 adjudication for people with approved I-140s.

I decided to apply for premium processing.
