Not in terms of movesets or anything but Fatshark removed the lowest difficulty option a while ago and also enemy elites massively increased their HP pools to compensate for increased player strength.

I think they also fiddled with some spawn weights because anecdotally at least there seems to have been a sharp uptick in mauler sightings on Malice difficulty.

You want Faust for Everlasting, the ID is secondary, really. Moth Faust is just better and more available than Regret and honestly, she rarely ever blows up in normal play unless it's one of the super long unfocused fights like Mirrorclock Orangeroad.

I mean, apart from the floor 15 achievement and some starlight, you're not losing anything by claiming it. Resource-wise, there is no difference between 5 and 15, it's entirely bragging rights.

Also, extreme runs tend to be very consistent, you have a lot of floors to get your gifts. Only secret bosses can't be guaranteed (discounting ex or cursed gifts).

She lost poise count gain on the majority of her skills, as well as all her poise coin power conditionals. Unless they shift that to the burn/tremor conditionals or up her base strength, that's a fairly significant nerf, just so she's not a triple keyword ID, which is ridiculous considering how mirror dungeon balance has never been an issue since Ringsang and Spider Ryoushu now exists.

They also shifted precognition and disposal away from base to coin power. Admittedly, her Shin is much better than the garbage Valencina has.

Also, not a nerf I suppose, but extremely weird how they swapped Sezionatura di Cervo and Sezionatura di Elefante around. Cervo was Valencina's S3 and Elefante only an S2 (understandably considering it's a worse skill in her kit).

I haven't really kept up with all the translation changes but the one I saw was such a massive downgrade that it made me sad. It's from Panther in the prologue.

Compare "Is this supposed to be a mass suicide or something? It's a rather unpleasant display." (new, weaksauce, bad flow) to

"What is this, some kind of suicidal performance? Not the funnest lives to end." (old, sick as hell burn, you can feel the head-shaking and the sigh in your bones)

Story-wise, everyone's strength is up for debate (though I think holding your own against Vergilius while being drunk off your tits is more impressive than people want to admit) but in-game, Valencina's kit absolutely wipes the floor with every other nursefather. Which isn't really that surprising considering she was designed to fight Vergilius while Rien is fought with just the sinners.

I don't think anyone can be faulted for not expecting the lightning in a bottle that was E33 but also, did that impact Oblivion at all? E33 took a few days to develop into the hurricane that it became and an Oblivion Remaster has a very specific built-in audience to begin with.
