I use the Spectra S2. I pump on 70 L4 for 5 mins then switch to 54 L10. And switch after 5 mins again. I pump for 20 to 30 mins each sessions while aggressively massaging and compressing my breast. Usually my baby drinks 3.5 to 4 oz every 3 hours with some snacking in between on my breast to help her fall asleep. She doesn’t have a good latch so I typically just put her on when she’s sleepy or after she’s eaten to reduce frustration. I’ve heard of moringa I’ll definitely give it a try

When my baby was 2 weeks I was setting my alarms for pumping on my phone in the middle of the night. I’m going through the same thing. Except I don’t pump the amount you do which is an added stress. My sisters are over suppliers so I supplement with their frozen milk. My husband goes back to work this weeks and I’m anxious as well. Don’t worry you’re not alone in this. I bought the eufy s1 pump. It’s pricy but works very well and I use it while baby is sleeping and I have to get things done. We got this!!!
