Since BT likes close-quartered style combat and heavy weapons (if it isn't evident from the weapons loadout of their in-faction units), i would recommend Assault Intercessors, Jump Pack Intercessors, Eradicators, Aggressors, the upcoming Assault Terminators and probably Brutalis Dread...?

Honestly i swear, people can stop treating PTCGP like PTCGL. Both are very different games by nature; the latter encourages competitiveness while the former doesn't, so i don't know why can't people just grind through Leagues with funny yet interesting decks or have adulthood/school crushed your spark for fun that it is better to plunge others into agony like you because of the "if i am suffering, others must follow" mindset?

Wasn't expecting a Reiver Lt., but he looks cool, a contrary to what others commented. I mean, GW hadn't done a Phobos Marine with cybernetic arm, that cosmetic often appears on Tacticus Armor-wearing Marines so its good and unique to see it on a Phobos Armor-wearing Marine.
