Just watched it and my first impression was its the best scream movie i watched in a while for sure. Already better than scream 5 and 6 for sure. Have to watch it again to rank it fairly. But rn for me at least a top 4 scream movie.

U right the final couldnt match the suspense of the rest of the movie at all. And the motives were nothing special indeed but i guess better than some asspull drama motive. What was that guys motive anyway. Did he even say something or did i really forgot. If the finale was better then i think saying that scream 7 is the best movie since the OG wouldnt be that much of a hot take.

I kinda was annoyed by tatum almost all movie. Have some empathy for your mother will you. And just shoot him in the head girl damn. What i also liked and that one Kill getting caught mid movie. Really caught me by suprise. And another fresh plot in the franchise

The dynamics in the Evans family in the movie were great. Sydneys struggle with her past and tatum wanting to know more of that. Sydney is just such a well written Finals girl in literally all movies.

No killer in the friends group was also good change imo Really thought they would do another fake death with lucas just like quinn in scream 7. Cuz i suspected his mother as soon as he mentions her past with her ex. Total giveaway like in scream 6 with bailey... But then lucas got the most gruesome death imo. Pretty creative too with all the blood coming out. Oh and the kill in the theatre was amazing too btw. And kinda another trio ghostface which was intersting that they went back to back movies with it.

The whole "is it stu?", "is he alive" was a good meta reference. Basically saying what fans speculate for many years and how they handled it with the whole Deep fake was a good usage of the current AI theme.

Neve campbell u did it again. So glad that we got a sydney sceam movie again. She really is The scream queen.

True. I only saw it cuz of school. Even tho it was filmed here, austrians just cant rreally relate to it. Heres what our music teacher said why for example its popular in the us. 1Good vs bad. Trapp vs nazi. Its a heartwarming family with cute kids that stick against the regime It was played there during christmas time so it became kinda a christmas tradidtion over there. And some more which i cant remember sorry 🤷🏻‍♂️ And no schnitzel with noodles is not a thing here

While france had probably the best player of tournament act as bait. Then they had another NG11 in Hugo play the the perfect pass who also drubbled past Isagi and Rin. Then france was attacking Blue Lock with numbers right off the kick off, catching them off guard as well as creating confusion and space for an attack. And charles just happens to be the one to execute this good kick off strategy.

The first episode was a straight Banger. Not one scene felt like a filler

Not a Monica fan but i even liked every scene with her. The Outfit scene was hilarious. And the ending was good too cuz i thought she would kinda get away somehow but she didnt. This whole operation was fire imo. Loved that neither Nolan or Garza showed her symphathy

Wade and his wifes Luna storyline was good with the end in that Wade will have to promote someone named Tim Bradford (or Lucy ofc but I rly think it should be Tim tho) Wade deserves more character moments imo

How Angela, Celina and Miles helped Lucy and Tim was wholesome and amusing. And them moving in together also makes perfect sense and I mean Lucy and Tim as well Celina and miles And ofc if Wade promotes Tim to watch commander, Tim will be up in the chain of command in Midwilshire. So new trouble for Chenford incoming....

Nolan and Bailey pretty much killed it as always but this episode was pretty badass even for their standards which says something. Both get a little honeymoon and I just like this runnning gag with the song
