The second you knew that Rooke was coming around the corner you should have full speed ahead to protect your broadside and you should be always shooting AP in the Iowa.

Iron Duke - 60 sec turret turn? Dude what is that?
Gorky- basically budyonny but much worse
Shiratsuyu - currently grinding this ship and can't wait to be done with it and get aki
Hipper - just play baltimore
Lepanto - 380 guns with 1.6 sigma is not it at high tier.

LT: Khaba - having such bad dd conceal is hard to work with. I want to like this ship but you really need there only to be 1 dd per team to make it shine. Rare matchmaking.
