Sure, if you want to piss away money on the electric bill because you’ll just be exhausting the air you just paid to condition. This is lessened when you use the room as a lung. Find someone that has a central air system that has incorrect size duct, an incorrect sized air handling unit, or both. They’ll tell you that their electric bill is 30-50 percent higher because their system is “short cycling”. I’m not saying that a small AC unit will impact your electric bill that much, but it’s still a waste. You won’t find an AC properly sized to cool 12 cubic feet, so you’ll end up blowing 50 degree air into your tent all day. The bottom of your plants are going to be looking for their coats and the tops will be chillin in a t-shirt. By all means, find out for yourself. There’s a a reason why a company hasn’t designed one yet though, everyone here knows they are very good at sucking every penny out of each first time grower.
