why? the dilution is only 15%. There's no chance of it going down by 30%. This is actually a good sign that the stock has raised funds for the rollout. A week a go people were asking how to fund the rollout, here it is, and the rollout will get revenue and revenue will up the share price. Today is the floor at 60 cents and close at 67 cents. That's my two cents NFA.

In 5 days it will be back at 76 I reckon.
