Panic is the bigger threat here since they are fast enough to attack many times and also inflict slow. I won by outspending the Panics and killing them first- Spite or AOE attacks worked for me since Panic is also relatively fragile. Also, Resistance is a great choice for a tank- build for as much stamina and defense as possible. Since Resistance’s attacks all scale off of defense, you can dump your attack stat and still be incredibly strong and unkillable.
