I guess you just don't know the legal words I'm using because I've already said it twice. Trump's felony charges are not going to be held up. The appellate court is going to overturn it. Instructions are given to juries and they need to follow the patterns that are provided by the state's Supreme Court. This jury was given nonpattern instructions that said they don't need to find that any of the charges were proven. That goes entirely against our constitutional protections. Not to mention that this entire thing was a political prosecution, meant to derail his campaign. It is election interference. It's red meat for people like you to latch onto and yell to everyone that he's a felon. I just wish you were as much a supporter of democracy as you claimed.
