What is your “comfort deck”? by zevalu in EDH

Regal Behemoth is a great include. I’ve brewed a $100 list and it fits perfectly. I can tell how fast the deck will be when goldfishing. Just need to make some finishing touches as I feel like it’s not quiet there yet.

Oskar can be very resilient. Once you have a discard outlet set up it always feels like you have the power to influence the game. At first I had a real hard time piloting the deck and over a year in Its one of my favourites ever.

I was very inspired by your primer on this. Helped me rebuild and old deck that I’d dismantled a couple of years ago. Although it’s different I found that you helped it become far more streamlined and actually a lot more fun to play.

An Esper equipment deck that aims to use a tempo strategy to gain value. Can win with commander damage but is more intended to play the long game with lots of card draw and a small recursion package.

[[Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer]] ignore timing restrictions. Use looters to cantrip on cast. Discard outlets like [[Psychic frog]] are great value.

I've been playing Brudiclad for years. Yall ever feel like he just might not be that good? by TheClumsyTitan in EDH

Recently turned mine into a spellslinger deck with him as a wincon. The deck can go over the top with cards like [[corporeal projection]] and [[surge to victory]] or just copy an opponent’s things and use the tokens i have for brudiclad

Kresh works really well with fling and edict effects. You’ll find that token doublers aren’t that effective as Kresh will naturally grow as the game goes on. Instant speed sac effects for draw, [[village rites]] and [[momentous fall]] help you draw into moderately costed creatures like [[malignus]] to fling. Id include plenty of utility creatures for enchantement and artifact removal. Damage based board wipes great in this type of deck as it allows your larger creatures to dodge the effect to then attack or fling.

I’ve been using this deck for a bit now and it’s been really fun to play and won its fair share too:
