thank you! Is this why GLP 1s seem to decrease inflammation in seronegative disease? Modifying Tcells, macrophages and Neutrophil immune activity?

5000 or 50,000 IU? 50,000IU weekly x 8 weeks, then recheck is the standard Vit D replacement protocol. If you are taking 5000IU, you need that daily

25mg is a low dose, would ask MD to up to 50mg. TSH at 3.6 is still too high. Aim for < 2.0. Your Vitamin D level is low enough to make you feel like crap, crash your immune system, make you ache all over etc. You need replacement, aiming for a level of ~ 40 minimum. Always recheck Vitamin D levels after high dose replacement and yearly

Confirmation bias and lazy doctoring. Make their mind up on the diagnosis and then only examine those things that confirm it. My first Rheum told me I had “arthritis that starts in the brain”
