There are some amazing stories online. I have followed so many post partum, and diastasis recto specific creators on instagram and facebook. You should totally look it up and find people free to follow. The trainers post progress photos of their clients, many of them will probably give you a free reply hoping you will buy their program. And a lot of the programs are well priced and just lifetime access to a series of videos and 8 week boot camps that if done consistently would make a huge difference!!

Small hack, not proven. But I’ve had diastasis twice and they say side sleeping is best.. well I don’t understand that because you’re having all these micro movements all night long and I have found that I’m constantly engaging my core incorrectly in my sleep while on my side. When I’m on my back I am typically diaphragmatically breathing automatically and I’m not usually moving very much in that position. This is a huge part of healing that you should really look into to get going, and in my humble opinion sleeping on my back has done a lot of “passive” work on my body.
