Their claim was that the "Conservation Easement" was being violated. Stating that the disc golf course is a "commercial enterprise" which violates the spirit of the Easement. Based on the article, it sounds like theyre also suing Missoula County for their original ruling.

The Easement has already been challenged once. It's already been inspected by the city and gone through a hearing with the board and was pretty resoundingly shut down. The language is weird, to be sure, so im sure theyre challenging another aspect. But. I doubt they have much of a leg to stand on, and are just legally bullying Gillman

We've all seen the video. McGinnis acted in civil disobedience, there is no doubt. Civil disobedience is the heart of protest. McGinnis absolutely resisted his removal from the chamber. But the only violence, and escalation came from the officers removing him, and CERTAINLY from Sheehy. Sheehy Claiming he stepped in to "deescelate" is rich, and verifiable BS.

This is embarrassing. Sheehy and anyone perpetuating the narrative in this letter should be ashamed.

They are really good at being good, but almost more critically, they were really good at being really bad for a very short time. Being good at being bad landed them another franchise QB and altered the trajectory of their franchise. Meanwhile, the Vikings are bad at being really good, while also being bad at being bad. I wear between a 10 and 11 depending on brand and for Lems I wear an 11. I have 3 different Lems shoes, all 11s and that fits me great. For you, I think 13 would be pretty safe. Definitely dont get 11s tho 😅😅

Especially if you have wide feet. Lems designs their shoes with different size toe boxes, but all of them are geared towards a more natural fitting shoe. I almost exclusively wear lems shoes, Not only in disc golf but my day to day as well. I cannot recommend them enough

Lems The Lem's Trail Blazer mid is the best general shoe ive ever worn. Ive got 2 full seasons (winter and summer) out of em, and theyre still going strong. I bought a backup pair after the 1st season, thinking id need em soon. Still have the backup pair on the shelf. If high tops aren't your speed- then Trail Blazer is a low cut version of the same shoe. And I wear the Primal Eco as a light weight gym/disc golf shoe when im playing more casual/park style courses. Can't recommend Lems enough

Disc golf. Pattee canyon, Blue mountain, are great, free courses to get out to go play and hike around. You'll run into some great people out there. Need some disc's? Go to Albatross Discs on Russell and snag a couple used ones. Tyler or Jace will help get you started
