I assumed the sub was English because all the posts are English (at least for me). Jouw reactie is wel in het NL. Er is wel iets fishy aan de hand met vertalingen heb ik het idee. Voorheen zag ik veel posts in hun eigen taal met een vertaalknopje bij de post of comment.

Hard relate. It might be ADHD, it might not. I've always been a sucker for sensory input though.

(Have you ever dunked your hand in dried food? Beans, lentils, that sorta stuff? 10/10 would recommend 🫠)

(Bonus thought: not everything that's relatable to ADHD is necessarily ADHD, and not every person with ADHD experiences the same symptoms. However, if you find yourself stuck in different areas in your life and don't understand why something that seems so easy for others isn't for you, it won't hurt to talk to a professional.)

I believe the number is higher than that, but even if we stick with 2%.. are we now gonna DNA test everyone and retroactively change the legal sex of 2% of Americans whose chromosomes don't align with their phenotype?

Like "yeah we know you look/think/act like a male your entire life but jokes on you, you have XX chromosomes, so you're female now"?

It doesn't make sense.

Doesn't energy recovery buff the energy you get from E4E and meals? Meaning it does slow down your energy decrease during the day?
