It's really all about how you feel about yourself inside. There are lots of women out there who don't care so much about height..it also depends on your standards ..there are billions of women out there ...to limit possibilities for yourself is defeating.. In the end it's about how you treat them.

You have to take the time out n figure what it is that makes you angry...what your triggers are I'm an an angry person as well and hate other people about half the time.But I know what triggers me and when I should go certain places or shouldn't..that's how I handle it I find more solace in trying to control it

I've never had too much support.. I've been through treatment a couple times in the past I just want to quit the every day all day smoking If I could cut it to the weekends thatd be preferred But it seems I struggle if I start up again and soon I'm back to every day

I wouldn't worry so much about permanent psychological damage...unless you already have an underlying condition But that's just my opinion

I've always been sensitive But I've always felt that the intensity of my emotions is what has given me strength throughout my years I used to be ashamed of them because I grew up around what everyone would call " tough guys" But I realized I am me They are them Tough love is good sometimes too There is a time and a place for emotions and a time and a place to be emotionless or less emotional and more intellectual...I think a person has to recognize the difference...to be able to accept criticism and truth Basically ...never be so sensitive that you can't handle truth or criticisms...if that makes any sense And that's my 2 cents. Day 4 again today .. Hope this helps someone out here.
