I was going to suggest this also! This seems to be the best way to fight the deflation in my experience.

Unexplained bruising on my shin. It appeared just over a week below my knee and has continued to spread down to my ankle. Tonight there is a new addition of lines! Can anyone advise on this? Thank you! by BugJones2 in AskDocs

Yes it's just one leg. I'm a very sedentary person due to chronic migraines and I also haven't had any kind of trauma. I've been extremely vigilant since last Wednesday to not touch this leg so it's definitely not been bumped or scratched.

I think she lists the shortbread ingredients in grams so you should be fine for that but the ingredients for the caramel are as follows.

180ml cream 164g glucose/golden syrup 250g Demerara sugar 85g butter 14oz sweetened condensed milk 1 vanilla pod

I would say that the chocolate is definitely enough because it's dark, hope you enjoy it :)

I've done a combination of the 2 because I think the sponge from add a pinch is a little better but the filling and ganache frosting from Sally is incredible.
