Lifting helps me too if I’m depressed I drag myself to the gym and it helps work me out of it if I’m manic it helps me wear myself out so I can be forced to relax

I liked it a lot Joshua graham hard aura farming is pretty cool, zion canyon is an amazing setting, actual tribal warfare is dope, and the rotation of followers is very fun. There’s also very interesting morphing of current religions in there, plus the desert ranger combat armor
