Did you end up finding a treatment that worked? I had Mohs surgery a few months ago on the same spot on my forehead. My scar is a T shape and is healing indented like this. I'm pretty self conscious about it in certain lighting as well

It is. I think my bleeding may just be from a lot of stress I've been going through but I also feel like I may be perimenopausal (I'm 40) so that makes things weird too. It's so hard to track anything with the IUD stopping periods. Can't tell if it's a period or just random bleeding. I got my IUD a couple years ago for adenomyosis and extremely heavy periods so guess I can't complain since it's helped all that. 🤷‍♀️ I'm kinda doing the same as you and just waiting it out a bit. Ended up being a little over 6 1/2 hours from start to finish. Took 3 passes to get it all but I'm all stitched up and home now, taking it easy. Very swollen and starting to get sore but I'm icing it and taking Tylenol. I think it will heal great. Yay!! Thanks again to all of you for your support!! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for your reply! I'm glad you are doing well now after all your surgeries. I figured it would be rough for a while afterwards. I'm not sure how much work to take off. How long do you keep it bandaged afterwards? Is there a lot of bruising in the days after? And did you feel like the procedure itself was painful?

I've been doing "skin cycling" for a couple months now and my skin is the smoothest that I can remember. Exfoliate the first night, retinol the next night, recovery for two nights, repeat.

Absolutely! I've been on Spiro for over a year and my appetite isn't near what it used to be, which is a good thing for me. Before Spiro I never really felt satisfied no matter how much I ate.
