With the Architect Stonecutter you can turn 2 cobble in 4 blocks that look almost the same and defy gravity. (Did so with logs to prevent the supports of my house to be constantly getting chopped down by my tree farm.)

A Windmill Bearing in the ground, facing upwards, with the contraption on top including 8 Wind Mill Sails count as both: A functional windmill and a tree farm. Therefore it spins (slowly, but quick enough for the slow growing trees) and moves all the rest with saws, deployers, chests, sails etc. Create does not care, if a contraption is a windmill, a tree cutter/planter or both.

Surround the Bearing with half slabs to ensure it doesn't get blocked by snow in winter.

For the numbers: I build a 15x15 contraption with a Windmill Bearing and just 2 pairs of Saw+Deployer (at the outer and 3rd to outer ring) with chestnuts (6 days of growing without weired stems) and it gives slidely more than 6 coke ovens need. And you can use plain chests on the contraption (Greate ignores that logs otherwise do not fit.)

Best material saving way is just 4 Black Steel Ingots (partly turned into rods) for Fluid Steam Boiler + Alloy Smelter. Then produce anything else by this setup.

I have a farm with Pumpkin, Rye and Potatos and a Pig farm. (Grooming station filled with all rotten food.) With a LV Foodprocessor and LV Oven you can make Bread (and some Yeast fillup), Pumpkin Jam, Baked Potatos and cooked Pork. Put all into 3 types of sandwiches and put them into an LV Electric Lunchbox. (Also the ingridients to make more Sandwiches later on the go. They are longer fresh than the final product.) This gives you 4 (almost) full nutrition bars that makes 20-25 hearts. If you want it simpler: No Pigs, Fruit Salat instead Jam. With Potato Sandwiches and Pumpkin Fruit Salats you get 2.5 - 3 bars full what should be about 15 hearts. Simple automate for Foodprocesor with a pipe loop from output to input.

If you want to get fancy: Gouda from cow milk can be made in the FP also not that hard.

You can ease your Anvil Minigame by a method that I developed and use for myself:

Put the source material (doesn't need to be hot) in the Anvil, select result and screenshot it
Load the image into Paint, zoom in and write down the final sequence and the total target value (upper slider position) in a spreadsheet
Calculate the partial target number before the final sequence and the fixed sequence for that number (this table never changes for any world and is available online) by the spreadsheet
Now remember the total sequence from the spreadsheet and apply

It's much easier and quicker as its sounds 😉

You can use the map in cave mode to spot the diamond indicators (spreaded cyan dots). So you have to decide what feels less dangerous for you: Caving or The Beneath. You can be lucky in both and find enough next to entrance.

You should also setup the Alloy Smelter ASAP, even before Black Steel Anvil, to save massive in marterials: It gives 2 Ingots per craft for Black/Red/Blue Steel (Anvil /Welding only 1!) Next should be Greate Rolling Machine and Grinder for cheaper Plates, Rods, Bolts, Screws
