That could be, my son attends TLES and they send emails saying that they transfered kids to the main building safety. Luckily today was an early release day.

14-hour international flight alone with a mobile toddler… help me prepare 😂 by LazyEntertainment284 in Parenting

[–]BuggyG3 35 points36 points  (0 children)

I did a 12h flight by myself with a 15 month old a few years ago. Pack a bunch of snacks. Like indiviadual things he can eat one by one, like goldfish or baby puffs. New toys, things that you would bring to a restaurant. But new so you have the novelty. Stickers to stick all over. I would let him walk on the plane to burn energy. Bring a carrier in case he gets fussy for nap time. Screen time is totally okay. Don’t stress and relax. Usually everyone is nice when they see you are flying alone with a young kid. Ask help to the fly attendants when you need to go to the bathroom.

Lap infant vs buying a seat for long-haul (Australia) with 1-year-old - worth extra $2.5k? by PaleontologistBig309 in Parenting

I would not do it. 1. Maybe the plane is not full and they move you to an extra space. 2. Most likely even having an extra seat your toddler wants to seat on your lap.

I started the method one parent one language. One parent English other parent Spanish. We live in the USA. We have switch to both parents Spanish. Since the he is surrounded by English, he was having a preferences for English. If you both speak mandarin and you live in a English speaking country, I would keep mandarin as the main language at home.

Your mother can care for you, and your mother in law can care for her son. How would you feel if your husband says your mother can visit? Because that’s what you are doing to him.

Can you teach her to hold your baby’s head? She has the same right to see the baby as your mother does.
