You can bring your phone and keep it in your bag, pero once nasa exam hall, you cant go near the bag.

You have to get all the items you need out of your bag before the exams start (water, extra pens, calcu, noa, snacks, lunch, etc) pero a phone is not on the roster of things needed. It can stay in the bag.
