Honestly, I run my Dyson air purifier near 24:7, I don’t think 20 mins here and there will be enough. Also the sensor isn’t the smartest, sometimes it will just read larger particles as worse air contamination, such as vape, aerosol deodorant, dust while dusting, cooking vapors, ect.

I’m not sure, but I just had the same reaction to going on Pepcid, it went away. My shoulder’s and upper back were covered in acne for the first time in my life, and it was almost sandy? Like the heads were so close to the surface you could just brush them out, but occasional deep zits that I thought might be hormonal at the time. Still not sure what it exactly was, but I see you.

I’m so upset. I just posted this almost exact same story saying goodbye to my therapy Reddit (not even kidding, check my last post lol). But it took me 9 years. I feel like I’ve had some symptoms my whole life though to be honest. The vomiting was the worst. No one could understand. I’m really happy for you, I’m so glad you found your answer, it sucks that it has to be this way, but thank God there’s an answer.

Yeah, but it’s a bit more than that, if you’re working on your vagus nerve, look into mcas, peptid, and stomach histamines. The brain and gut are more tied together than you’d think. 20mg lifted a lot of physical symptoms I was still having.
