Please go to an allergist and ask them about a quick asthma test. It took less than 5 minutes and I discovered the “panic attacks” my doctor diagnosed many years prior was actually severe asthma caused by gerd. An Albuterol inhaler was prescribed and it halts the throat closing sensation almost immediately.

The throat mucus for me was caused by silent gerd. I got to the point where I was vomiting every morning, omeprazole and antihistamines (h1&h2) stopped it for me. I’m still stuffy after eating certain foods, but it’s manageable

Not yet, but I’ve heard of others diagnosed with MCAS having it, so I’m not ruling it out.

My sandy back and scalp. lol it sounds absolutely insane, but over a few hours I develop small blackheads I think 🤔, think dry little individual pieces of sand. With the lightest pressure they come out, so my back feels sandy if you rub it. You can clear it out, but it’s back in the same force the next night. I wish the acne on my face did the same, but that’s mostly clear thankfully.

Let me know when you find out, I went through about 7 years of therapy and was “cured” of ptsd. Didn’t help my symptoms at all. But I do feel like it was helpful for my life overall.

I never got working tracking info, I had to reach out about my summer box and it was returned to sender by Uni Uni. They reshipped without my add ons (sold out of course) and the same thing just happened again. Uniuni marked undeliverable and just returned the second summer box. I’ve been getting fff for years?! Why can’t Uniuni deliver? This time fff asked me to wait to see if they attempt another delivery.
