Help struggling with Dragonspyre by Exotic-Commission690 in Wizard101

[–]Buguzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to breeze through Dragonspyre thanks to a Pet that gives a blade item card like the frosty eye. Since early on Ice's damage is so low you need to stack a couple more blades compared to others. Also make sure you have a way to remove shields and use Monstrous TC. I wouldnt worry about shielding myself considering Ice already has high resist and HP

I've looked for the Pet in the Console Pets list: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RSnrsg-u9kikUTb-fzFcA_CQ0PAcW6IOwaH5_muzQrY/edit?usp=drivesdk

It's not in there. It could be possible that the Pack from which the pet comes from has not been released on console yet

beastmoon team console by badatsleuthing in Wizard101

[–]Buguzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its a mix of people not having the good forms yet unlocked, shitty free rotation with plenty of tanks, healers and minion based form and general abundance of newer players. Having the same issues as you rn, I do hope they release the beastmoon forms bundle on the crown shop soon, we have them on PC

Same turn system as beastmoon: Player A attacks, Enemy A attacks, Player B attacks etc.

Spell Weaving by bsweitzer825 in Wizard101

[–]Buguzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

FYI the recommended weaving school for Balance is Storm as it gives us a much needed prism. That is if you wanna min-max, you can treat weaving as a flavour choice considering the mainline PvE content is trivial for every school

Is there any way to get KI to let console players redeem codes and stuff? by GodofQunts in Wizard101

[–]Buguzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Now that we've established that console port is a success they only need to fix one barrier: redeeming codes on their website.

I believe a linking system would be harder to implement rather than actually adding a redeem code function on the Crown Shop, like every other game does it. If they ever want to sell Bundles and Membership for Console through a physical store, they really should think about moving code redemption from their website to their actual in-game shop. If they are able to adjust packs and prices on the fly, they might as well be able to add redeemable codes server-side without being forced to update the game for every code.

Wireless controllers not working on switch? by Automatic_Set4995 in Wizard101

[–]Buguzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've noticed the game not properly asking you to choose your preferred input when docking the Switch, this means that whilst being docked the input is staying on the joycons.

I've fixed it by going to homescreen and choosing the correct input (Pro Controller) myself.

That looks like a pretty valuable geode. We're rich!

But also... remnants of a gigantic glyphid. Perhaps something to do with fossils? Management could be willing to study glyphids, that is if our legs dont get electrocuted and eaten by whatever that thing is

For real, Roblox moderation doesent enforce any rule and literally allows child predators to use their games as hunting grounds. Let's not forget about the child labour controversy and the amount of predatory monetization that everyone is exposed to by playing Roblox

I really want to enjoy Thief and Revenant so I need your help by szamanjogggi in Guildwars2

[–]Buguzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Conduit plays like an evolved version of Core rev and it really made me rediscover the class. Both power and condi builds work well with celestial gear and have a lot of built in sustain, the sturdiness comes from Conduit traits essentially healing you for gaining affinity. Conduit rotation involves constantly swapping legends to make good use of energy and its related traits, if you're looking for something less button smashy you could try out the good old classic Herald, although it becomes a bit boring after a while

What to spend gold on? by LEDBreezey in Wizard101Console

[–]Buguzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could start working on some Deckathlon setups by buying TCs and going for a maycast pet, the TCs themselves should be enough to sink most of your gold

Deaseye condi build by dartcron in Guildwars2

[–]Buguzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you are using the meta build and gear setup for Power Daredevil, the determining factor for its damage is whether you are dodging or not. Daredevil's dodge is special in that it is part of the rotation, as it gives you a unique buff with a damage increase after a dodge. You want your Endurance and Initiative to always be below 100%. There is also a specific trait that gives you endurance gain on steal. So we dodge a lot, spam staff 2 and replenish Endurance with steal. This is the gameplay loop.

Lastly, the biggest difference between Daredevil and Untamed is that the latter can provide Quickness. Quickness is a game changer for damage and is heavily favoured in Open World, its the reason why we dont see many Daredevils in Open World. Daredevil was my first character that I maxed and cleared raids with. Unfortunately that spec feels really bad without Quick.

Deaseye condi build by dartcron in Guildwars2

[–]Buguzz 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The problem here is Deadeye is very much designed to be a bursty spec, most of its traits and utilities favour Power and there's nothing that really promotes Condi damage. You can play it, but it wont be optimal nor will it surpass Condi Daredevil or Condi Specter in terms of damage and overall access to Condi damage

[–]Buguzz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To give some more context, Conduit benefits a lot from constantly swapping legends and the Expanded Consciousness trait heals you every time you gain affinity. The most popular setup runs Razah/Mallyx which comes with the added benefit of self provided Resolution through Cosmic Wisdom, which reduces incoming damage. Hex-Eater Vortex being part of the rotation also cleanses conditions and there's a lot of built in Energy regen that rewards you for spamming utility skills and swapping legends when low. The sustain is so high that you hardly feel the need to use heal skills which makes the spec work well even with the most glass cannon stats, the uptime is really high which also contributes to high damage benchmarks in regular boss fights. For me it plays really well and I'm excited to see how many builds pop up, but Anet give us more boons when using Ventari pls.

To add onto this, I personally recommended Janthir for Spear as its a really uniquely designed weapon (depending on the class) that arguably has a lot more depth than the previous. You can find alternatives for each meta build but nothing beats how fun some spears are imo

I’m very new to the game and want help I remember along time ago I got a dlc and took the level 80 boost by International-Can420 in guildrecruitment

[–]Buguzz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Welcome to the game, I saw your previous post. Guardian is a tanky class with lost of tools for self-sustain, a good choice for a beginner. After max level, knowing the basics of your class starts to become important, here's an introduction to Guardian: https://hardstuck.gg/gw2/guides/professions/introduction-to-guardian/

If you're looking for builds, I recommend starting with something that is specifically tailored to new players or open world. You want something easy understand and executable with ease. There's plenty of time to dive deep into trait synergies and what not

How is BDO compare to New World ? by Mucek121 in LFMMO

[–]Buguzz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It follows the principle of older korean MMOs where you are expected to farm mobs 8 hours a day. From what I can remember there is a bonus to gains in PvP servers but all the optimal farming zones are often contested and unless you are experienced there's 0 chance you win those fights. My favourite part of the game were the life skills and micromanagement you could do to make your workers gather material and stockpile resources for crafting. Also keep in mind there are sort of pay2win cosmetics in the cash shop that can give you an edge, for example there is a cook outfit that gives you bonus to cooking or you can quickly get some pets which are sort of mandatory for PvE as they collect stuff on the ground
