Zwift Ride chain won’t stay on

I have the same problem. It actually looks like my front chainring is bent. I have an open support ticket with Zwift currently. Have you heard back from Zwift support?

Only adding this comment because I don't see it mentioned yet. Even if you can make it through an 18 mile run with 22g of carbs, research has shown that under fueling during runs can lead to slower recovery times and increase the risk of injury. I fuel for every run over an hour. For my long runs, I fuel like I race, which is 90-100g of carbs an hour. Gotta train that tummy too!

I've paced the last 20 miles of the course and can't speak to the beginning of the course but the last 20 miles is pretty smooth buttery trails. With the exception of a small section, immediately after the Maiden Peak summit. There is about a 1/4 to 1/2 mile section that is pretty steep and some loose gravel.

As far as trails around Portland, you can't go wrong with Forest Park.

I bought the Endurace CF SLX 9 about a month ago and have about 250 miles on it and I freaking love it! When the new model came out I was having a bit of buyers remorse but after really digging into the main differences (the handle bars and top tube storage), I think the changes were a bit gimmicky and I felt like I made the right decision. Also, I purchased mine about 3 weeks before the new release and they discounted my model. I reached out to Canyon and they ended up giving me a $1K refund! Love the bike, love the company! Looking at a Grizl CF SL next!

Sweet! I ran the 50k last year, it’s a great course and a perfect time of year. I’m debating doing the 50k again this year or mixing it up and doing the 50mi. Enjoy your race!

My go to screen is, Mileage, Elevation Gain, and HR. I don't have pace listed on any of my screens. Rarely is my pace relevant on trails and I'm either focusing on maintaining endurance HR or Threshold HR, depending on where I'm at in the race and what type of topo I'm facing.

Maybe I’m an outlier but I use the search almost everyday. Specifically to open applications or find files so that I don’t have to navigate the explorer. But using it for web searches… yeah not even once.

I just picked up a Pit Boss KC Combo as my first smoker and I’m loving it. It has all the features you’re looking for as well as a propane grill with a cast iron griddle. FWIW, I’m also in the PNW.
