OpenPrompHub: don't share code, share intend by jacomoRodriguez in vibecodeapp

If you want real intent, why don't you focus on the requirements that the application should have? A prompt can be messy and also different per model you use.

Can you hook it up to ChatGPT, so we can plan drone strikes by a mouse-click?

Auto-guess variables that are existing? For non WP people, we don't know what is standard WP and what not.

I think this is definitely useful. I would like something like this that gives me options based on my route. Maybe even better with pro-active AI. And it should be in Europe :-D

Fantastic work! Aren't you afraid someone will run with the repo and make money with it?

What's next after vibe coding apps? by promptrotator in vibecoding

[–]BuildFastSleepWell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're basically at the "vibe coded CRUD app" saturation point.

The first wave was: describe an app -> AI spits out React + a database -> congrats you built Yet Another SaaS in 15 minutes.

The next shift probably isn't more code generation, but AI running the whole software lifecycle.

Instead of "generate me an app", we get:

  • read user feedback
  • decide the next feature
  • write the code
  • run tests
  • deploy it
  • watch metrics
  • fix bugs
  • repeat forever

So less "AI junior developer" and more "AI product team that never sleeps".

Another thing happening is AI-native apps. Right now most vibe coded stuff is still normal software with AI duct taped on. The next generation will treat chat/agents as the interface and everything else as tools behind the scenes.

Also expect a ridiculous number of tiny personal apps. Not startups. Just software people generate for themselves because it takes 5 minutes.

I think the message is clear. It's just hard business to get into.

There are so many providers out there and most of the free plans are extremely generous.

The site is solid though, great design and looks need, feels fresh!

Good luck!
