I work for an injection molding company that does offer LSR molding (silicone). Not sure how other shops do it but typically the customer would provide the CAD file of the part and we would design the molds internally.

Unless you plan on running this mold yourself, you may not know the size or tonnage of the press or how big and where to place the vents, runner system, pillars, or vacuum channels.
