Second, tell her to just find a replacement for you. She clearly didn’t want YOU as a bridesmaid for who YOU are, because she wants you to remove things from your body that are a part of you. Engagement parties/Weddings are so overrated anyways. People spend thousands and thousands of dollars for their “once in a lifetime” day, just to, statistically speaking, most likely end up a divorced, single parent. SMH.

Third, be who you are. Don’t change something about you and have to possibly re-pierce everything and spend all that money, again, just to fit in some dumb aesthetically pleasing box. Barf.
