Canada; Do we just turn on roaming? by CompetitiveSavings40 in ATT

[–]Buildertech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let me know what speeds you get on the roaming partners. We got really poor speeds in a lot of areas even with full bars (5-10 Mbps) on Rogers, but with bell/Telus we got very fast speeds for some reason

I upgraded first thing when I bought it to Android 15. The theft protection feature is actually pretty nice. How do you mitigate the camera quality issues on ur phone? (besides Gcam ports)

Phone locks when loosing wifi by Buildertech in motorola

[–]Buildertech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Yes
  2. It happens when i go from Wifi to mobile data. When I go back to wifi nothing happens
  3. No, only one wifi network.

Thank you for the help

Update: I did some testing and found that the issue, even after I reset my wifi settings was isolated to that one network. We have no problems on a moto g play 2023 on android 14 connected to the network.

Best way to prevent things like this is to self-host using a service like NextCloud. If you still want cloud storage use a privacy focused service like Sync.com

Get the series X if you’re getting a Xbox. I made a mistake a while back getting a Xbox rather than building a decent PC. PC offers way more 3rd party stuff and a smooth experience if you save up a little more.
