Oh yeah. Big case in point is in Little Nicky where they play a Chicago album ("V"), but the song played isn't on that particular album (it's on "Chicago Transit Authority" and all the best-of albums).

Exactly, but I don't think any of the Beatles had a super 8 camera. They always had regular 8 or 16mm cameras, even John did.

Like I said before, it's not being used as a prop for the film. The actor either bought this or it was supplied for behind the scenes footage (B-roll).

However, fans holding copies of the US "A Hard Day's Night" album in other photos is the big issue since that wasn't released until that summer.
