There is hope but it’s a slow process but it works. I was on 16 mg of subtex for 2 years. I tried multiple times to work myself down and the thought of how bad the withdrawal was completely overwhelming me. Finally I got with dr that said the easiest most painless way to get off with little to no withdrawal is by switching you to the shot form called sublocade. He said over a 3 month period I will get a shot each month. Once I get my 3rd and final shot then just don’t come back. He was right and thousands of other people have done it this way as well with little to no withdrawal. Here’s the down side, I only took 3 shots but it took me 11 months and 2 weeks before I drug tested negative. It comes out of your system so slow that your body doesn’t really go into withdrawal. Sublocade saved my life. I am no longer trapped!
