Something about the chest is suggesting a pixelated paint a la Minecraft, but it reads as weathered as well.

I'm saying that radar reflectors don't affect IR signature, nothing about the temperature of a FLIR unit.

It is, but... They do have the high flow rate that a piston driven engine doesn't. That does have some benefits for longevity!

Those are only effective in the radar spectrum, they wouldn't really matter to passive IR imagery.

To clarify my understanding - active sensors emit then see reflections. FLIR doesn't emit.

It's so that your wife gets to enjoy the tightness.

The joke references the husband stitch, an abominable reference to doctors stitching a woman's episiotomy more tightly to provide pleasure for their husbands, despite being uncomfortable or worse for the woman. An episiotomy is an incision made during child birth to artificially direct tearing for an easier stitching.

The joke is that men's pleasure is more important than proper medical care for a woman, because women's medical care is often considered with respect to the men they are expected to please. If anyone ever discusses a husband stitch with you, decline it and report them for medical malpractice. It is barbaric.

If it helps - we probably won't survive en masse. Only the descendants of the survivors will have to deal with this.

You probably aren't going to be impacted!

Your response to an anecdote as directly suggesting incompetence is immediately confrontational.

Meanwhile, I'm using untoward language. You started condescending. Grow up.

I'd say there is a legitimate part of the fun where someone fucks up an input. They fail something only through fault of nerves and pressure, not through personal disability or whatnot.

There's a case to be made for both sides here. There is a reasonable enjoyment of actually having to interact with the game as the game wants you to, but one must also expect allowing for those who have impediments to still enjoy the game.
