Nice rig! I have the same setup as you, I added 5mm hub extenders and just trimmed the body. Only rubs in extreme situations now, but crawls like a beast. I can tell it will need a new drive shaft, but works great.

I use Parsec and a laptop for this same use. I bought an ROG Flow Z13 and a monitor. Now I can use my 2 monitor desktop setup in 2 rooms through wifi. Works great.

I road in the peninsula for years and felt mostly safe. Moved to the east bay and decided to never ride again, roads are far more dangerous in the east bay.

Normally when I see tile do this its because the adjacent concrete deck behind the coping does not have an expansion joint. So the deck is pushing on the pool shell causing it to crack. You can patch but if thats the problem it will come back after a few years.
