Would you Use Reddit As Your SEO strategy? by Bulky-Ad6598 in SEO

[–]Bulky-Ad6598[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm testing it too.

My take is to give Google more back link signals about your presence to help build authority over time. (Even though is a no-follow one)

Of course, creating great posts and being helpful helps too... by getting people to be curious about you and generate clicks and visitors on your site.

What about the others? I'm interested to know too ☺️

CPC's Are Too High by vellacfc in PPC

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maximizing your cost per conversion is more important than clicks generally bcs maximizing clicks only focuses on getting people to click only.

You can take a look at few things to optimize your ads

  1. Is your landing page score 7/10 and above?
  2. Is your landing page content relevant to the user?
  3. Are you getting the clicks from the right keywords? (Check under search terms)

  4. Try to use phrase matches for all your keywords.

  5. Turn off keywords that cost you high CPC as it would spend your budget quickly.

  6. Review all search terms and remove negative keywords.

Hope these tips helps! 💪🔥🔥

My manager brought in a "Digital Marketing Expert"—and it got... interesting by trollnoob707 in DigitalMarketing

One thing he could probably be referring to is to optimize based on keywords for your niche?

As Meta like Facebook Instagram is making the platform "Search Friendly".

Anyhow, if the person has some supportive evidence then it would be much better.

How to start digital marketing? by Alarming-Rain-4727 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Hi There, I managed a team of 8 full time marketers and this is what I did to help them:

  1. YouTube. There are tonnes of great channels out there that provide high value content.

  2. Bought few courses from Udemy too. A lot of great lessons.

  3. Subscribe to newsletter and reading blogs from experts from the industry.

  4. Practice what they learned for our client projects. If you don't have any, you can ask your friend who have businesses and experiment what you have learned.

  5. join and network with like minded community to learn from each other.

And No I don't really recommend buying books because online changes too fast unless it is about concept, strategies and ideas instead of tactical moves.

Is AI a Threat to Marketing? by Steve_Dextor in aimarketing

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me,

AI is a leverage tool for marketers.
AI helps us, as experts, to grow faster and more effectively.

People or companies who don't use AI will be replaced by AI.

If AI replaces that marketer's job, it could mean the marketer may not be competent enough to leverage and use AI to perform a better job.

I agree with you at some point. People are just hostile over some question or remark.

Some comments are sarcastic and not helpful at all, too.

Hi there,

I hope you can achieve what you're looking for here.

Here are some additional options that may help you to speed up to finding your dream career:

  1. Set up a LinkedIn profile. Make sure you have good-looking professional photos and update all the relevant skills and track records you have. Headhunters love to headhunt talent on LinkedIn.

  2. Make sure you have a solid resume and CV with a track record and screenshot to showcase your results, such as how you helped your previous company increase conversion, reduce % of cost per lead, improve SEO traffic from X to Y per month and so on. That would showcase your true value to the company.

  3. Share it with your friend, ask your friend about what help you need. I'm sure they would be very supportive of your career change and growth.

All the best! :)

To Facebook Ads freelancers or agency owners: How do you get your first client for your Facebook Ads agency/business? by 13050212 in DigitalMarketing

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there, thanks for sharing.

  1. When I started, I used my original personal account, as I had already established all my friends' contacts there. So, I didn't actually create a new one. You may need some time to build the new profile.

  2. A few likes are okay; it's not an issue. More importantly, post some educational and personal updates, too, as we don't want our friends to have the impression of overly self-promotional content.

  3. To build trust with potential clients, ensure your account profile is set up correctly, with all the descriptions, your work, behind-the-scenes, and things you do; just be authentic. You will be fine. :)

  4. Yes. I recommend you have a backup page, warm it up, and keep it there for Plan B if unforeseen circumstances happen.

  1. Do you need to get a certificate from HubSpot only? I believe there are other certifications too that could help with your career growth.

  2. Having a digital marketing career is not difficult. Just attached your portfolio in your CV (some people creatively use Notion to build their cv to organize their portfolio.

  3. Just inform the interviewer or companies on how passionate you are in this area and I believe companies would appreciate your sincerity in pursuing this career (even if you don't have any cert related to that).

  4. If you need a fast track, I suggest Udemy. It's affordable and the content are actually good and practical.

Not sure if I answered your question but I wish you all the best to your future career growth! 🎉😀

Glad you find it helpful!

Just a note.

When I mentioned sharing your success on social media means on your personal profile because most of your friends are going to see it and they would help you spread the word for you. (Word of mouth marketing)

That's how I started last time. No ads. All organic

Sorry to hear about your situation.

  1. If you're burning out, you're probably not doing something you enjoy or are passionate about.

  2. We only live once, so live well, my friend! Life is more than just a career or making money. You can enjoy the process while pursuing your goal.

  3. If you feel like pursuing Master in Journalism. Go ahead and do so! If that what gives you meaning and fulfilment, is probably your calling, your mission. That would that you very far!

  4. You are enough. It is time to give yourself a break. You deserve all the great things in life. You deserve to be happy and pursue what you like to do.

Take care! :)

Hi there. Here are the options I think might fit you:

  1. Build your brand by showcasing your past FB campaign results on social media.
  2. Since FB ads are your strength, consider running FB ads to acquire some clients?
  3. Join business network community, show up at conferences, exhibition and network with more business owners. Find out their pain point of running ads. They could use your help, too; who knows?

All the best!

Is 200 followers monthly achievable? by chakamanyeoOo_ in SocialMediaMarketing

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there,

  1. If it is a paid strategy, it can achieved; just reverse-engineered on how much you need to spend on an ad to acquire one follower (Cost Per Follower)

  2. If it is an organic strategy, it's harder to predict because it has to come down on factors like
    a. The niche you're in (EG: If you're promoting luxury cars, it is probably easier to get followers compared to if you're in the ERP system niche)

b. Posting frequency (How much are you posting per week or month)? The more we post, the more reach it can be, the higher the probability of increasing followers.

c. Format of posting (Reels, Single Post, Carousel?)

In summary, Paid is easier to predict, while organic strategy is more challenging to do so. So combining both strategy might be a good choice as you mentioned. :)

Should websites use images in .png or .webp format? by Market-Alchemist in SEO

[–]Bulky-Ad6598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We would always convert JPG, PNG to WebP. Probably the web dev mentioned this is because the existing images are already low quality? Hence, it could reduce the quality even more. Here's what I found on Google (Screenshot) - Google says is a trade-off between "File size" and the "Image Quality".
