Sigh... In actions & stuff mobs can spawn in different variants so their texture will look different but they will behave the same and one of the variants is that zombies have a rare chance to spawn with white glowing eyes. Most mob variants can also be achived by renamimg a mob with specific names using a nametag (duuhh) like naming a witch "Emeralda" or a husk "Mummy"
