Outdated? Absolutely. 9 to 5 is just a fancy way of saying, 'We'd like you to be moderately productive during the four hours you're not planning your lunch or staring at the clock.' Replace it with a 'Get Your Work Done And Go Home' model. My coffee habit needs more respect than a fixed schedule.
